Delivery Policy - Digital
All codes/vouchers paid by credit card and Secure Instant EFT will be instantly sent by email. EFT orders will be sent once payment is confirmed.
Please Note: New customers may have a delay in delivery, until their order is verified.
Where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation, your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. Refunds Policy
Once we receive your request that a digital code is invalid and it has failed our verification process a refund will be issued within 5 - 7 working days.
Refunds will not be issued if digital code is found to be valid.

Credit card transactions will be proccessed for Evopoints via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the their or Evopoints website. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR) or United States Dollar (USD)
Responsibility
Evopoints takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Governing Law
This entire site is created and managed from South Africa and thus is governed by the laws of South Africa. In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provisions will be severed and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Evopoints to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms & Conditions.
