How soon will I receive my digital code/voucher?

Credit card or Secure Instant EFT payments receive the code/voucher instantly after checkout. EFT or Bank Deposit are released once your payment confirmation from your BANK is forwarded to info@evopoints.co.za

How will I receive my code?

Codes are sent via email and also stored in account history.

What is the delivery cost when purchasing Hardware products?

All Hardware products receive free nationwide door-to-door delivery, delivery times may be viewed here

I don't have a credit card; can I still place an order?

Yes, besides credit cards we accept EFT and direct bank deposits are also accepted.

Do you allow international customers?

We do accept orders from selected countries, when creating you account you will be able to see the list of approved countires. Payment method for all international customers is Credit Card and in USD currency.

How long does it take to receive my code?

Orders that are paid by credit card will receive there code/voucher instantly after checkout. All orders paid by EFT or Bank Deposit will be released once your payment confirmation from your BANK is forwarded to us at info@evopoints.co.za

Where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we reserve the right to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation, your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.

3. SID (Secure Instant Deposit) (voucher/code will be emailed instantly)

We've found a safe and speedy way for you to pay via Internet transfer.  SID (Secure Instant Deposit) is an assisted EFT (electronic funds transfer) which allows you to make payments directly to www.evopoints.co.za using your existing Internet banking account. Don't panic if you've never used it before it's easy. To start off with you'll be asked to run the application(or alternatively you can use the browser option). You'll then be directed to your chosen bank site where you can logon to make a payment (You can use Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank and First National Bank.) Evopoint's banking details will be shown on the payments page in the correct fields.  Once you have completed the payment you will receive your voucher instantly.  The best part is you don't need a credit card for instant delivery.

The code I received is invalid, what happens now?

Although very seldom our human employees make a typo when capturing the code in the system. Don’t panic just send a mail to support@evopoints.co.za with your order number and we will rectify the problem in no time.

Why won't my credit card work more than twice a day?

Due to high volume of fraud we limit your account to 2 orders per 24 hour period. This does not mean you can only order 2 codes, you may add up to 5 of any item to your order. Contact us if you regularly would like to place more than 2 orders per day.

I don't have a credit card, can I still place an order?

Yes, besides credit cards we accept EFT and direct bank deposits please ensure that you setup your notification email from your bank to our email address info@evopoints.co.za

I have made payment by EFT or Bank Deposit for my order, but have not received my code yet?

At times notifications from banks are delayed and we only receive a confirmation from them hours later. If you feel a considerable amount of time has passed and you have not received it yet, please send us a mail to support@evopoints.co.za to confirm we have received it.

What is your refund policy?

Once we receive your request that a digital code is invalid and it has failed our verification process a refund will be issued within 5 - 7 working days. 

Refunds will not be issued if a digital code is found to be valid.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Pre-Orders require a minimum 10% non refundable deposit. if you have paid for your preorder in full and would like to cancel your order it will attract a 10% cancellation fee.

How do deliveries work?

All paid orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched (not delivered) on the same working day, tracking details will be sent to the registered email address.

Delivery times can vary depending on the areas.

Main Centres
Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth and East London can expect delivery within 1-2 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Outlying Areas
Expect delivery within 2-5 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays)
