By purchasing, accepting, loading, or using Airtime (including via PIN, voucher, USSD, in-app, EFT, or till slip), the Customer agrees to these Terms and to Cell C's network terms and product rules. PIN/Voucher sales are final once delivered/readable. For security reasons, used or partially used vouchers cannot be refunded.
